Returns and Exchanges

  1. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 
  3. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, please dont stress if you cannot find it, we can retrieve it from our records. 
  4. Please do not remove the plastic that comes on bats or racquets for it to be eligible for a return. Any items that has plastic tampered with will not be accepted for refunds.

  6. Return shipping needs to be covered by the buyer unless the product was delivered damage/defective, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will send you the return shipping label once your return is approved.

Damages and issues

  • If you’ve received an order containing a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team or email us at support@sportcheckr.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the damage/defect — rest assured we’ll make it right and either exchange or refund your purchase in full. Return shipping will be covered for damaged/defective items if needed.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Any kind of custom items including accessories such as bat grips/ badminton grips and others are ineligible for returns. 
  • Final Sale items are also exempt from returns.
  • Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

  • We only do exchanges for defective/damaged items at this time.Most of the products on our website are from their respective brands so we highly suggest all sizing and color choices before making your purchase. To reduce shipping costs and keep our prices competitive we are unable to do exchanges on products that were delivered in its original form.

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.
  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method and should reflect in your account based on your bank processing times.
